Terms for website and consultation use

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website, submit an enquiry or book a consultation with AstroRavikumar. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should contact us on your behalf.
Nature of the service
Astrology is an interpretive practice. Consultations provide perspectives for personal reflection and planning based on Vedic, KP, Western and Nadi methods, as appropriate to the enquiry. No specific event, result or outcome is guaranteed. The service does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, psychological, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Enquiries, scope and professional fee
Consultation scope, preparation time, availability and professional fee are discussed privately after the requirement is understood. Public pages do not display fixed prices because the preparation required varies by enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after the scope, fee, payment process and appointment have been agreed.
Payment and appointment confirmation
Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees through the payment method communicated privately. Clients should use only payment details confirmed through AstroRavikumar’s official contact channels. Unless agreed otherwise, please allow 3 to 4 working days after payment for horoscope preparation and analysis.
Client information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details, relevant life events and consultation questions. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the analysis. Please do not submit unnecessary identity documents, payment credentials, medical records or other highly sensitive information.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
A full refund is available when the client cancels at least three calendar days before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation made later is reviewed according to the preparation already completed and the circumstances involved. If AstroRavikumar cancels and a suitable alternative appointment is not accepted, the consultation fee will be refunded. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
WhatsApp, telephone and email communication
If you provide a telephone number and consent through the enquiry form, AstroRavikumar may send consultation-related WhatsApp messages or make calls for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, confirming scope, payment, preparation or scheduling. You may ask us to stop WhatsApp messages or calls at any time. Promotional messages will not be sent without separate permission.
Confidentiality and privacy
Reasonable care is taken to protect birth details, consultation questions and communications. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No online communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so clients should avoid sending information that is not required for the consultation.
Respectful use
Abusive, threatening, unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive communication is not accepted. AstroRavikumar may decline or discontinue an enquiry when the service is unsuitable, the information supplied appears misleading, or respectful communication cannot be maintained. Any refund due will be considered according to the work already completed and applicable law.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics and original consultation materials may not be copied, republished, recorded, sold or commercially reused without written permission. Clients may retain personal notes for their own non-commercial use.
Limitation of responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroRavikumar is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on astrological interpretations or website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory right, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage clients to contact us first so that concerns can be addressed promptly and fairly.
